I am familiar with Spanish, Tagalog (Filipino national language), Kapampangan (Filipino dialect), Japanese and Mandarin (Chinese national language); I cannot read Chinese characters very well, so I would need it to be translated.

My Voice Experience

As of March 2008, I am cast as the narrator for "Yoon's Aesop Fables", an audio children's book teaching English to young students in Korea. The producer requests an energetic and upbeat read - as if reading to children - but to still maintain whatever the mood of the story is.

I've narrated promos for P.O.V. American Documentaries, which airs on WPBS. The producer wanted a read that sounded disconnected from the program's content.

Aside from that, I have also written, voiced and/or produced several radio spots, radio news stories and a few narrations for paying customers in TV or radio production, as well as for students who needed my skills for a project. I have also done narrations for film competitions.

My Training

I attended the Connecticut School of Broadcasting and received training for Speech and Copywriting, Journalism, Broadcast Journalism, Radio Performance, Television Performance, Avid and other related courses. Knowing how to perform and knowing how to function technically were both part of the curriculum.

Currently, I am taking such college courses as Speech, Radio Production, Television Production and Writing for the Mass Media. My major is Communication Arts: TV and Radio Production, and as of March 2008, my cumulative GPA is 3.87.
