My Voice Experience
Working as a manager at a Central Florida Resort, I was asked to read a spot that would be used in a promotion video for the Board of Directors. The resort was pitching for a new sushi restaurant and this promotion was going to make or break the deal with the Board. I read the spot and two months later heard the news that the resort was moving forward with the sushi restaurant. The Director of Entertainment called to thank me and now I am the "voice" of the resort, from the phone trees, to internal events, and to large public productions, my versatile voice is everywhere.

20 years in the hospitality industry has taught me that voice inflection is the key to sales. Also, I utilize several types of tones based on the audience. Whether it be an upset guest where I must use an empathetic tone or discipling an employee where the authoritative tone comes into play.
