My Voice Experience

In college, I was involved in a musical called "Forever Plaid" and the script called for a voiceover which called for a 1950's detective story voice type with a "March of Time" musical feel underscoring it. I heard the music, and knew exactly what the script was asking for with no problem, and immediately after this first experience, I was interested and hooked by the industry. I traveled to New York City to learn more during my Junior year at UMW, and learned that I had never been more sure of what I wanted to do with my life. I devote my life to learning and creating new voices. I am confident that for my voice I can come up with almost anything that you could possibly need to create the perfect voiceover for your advertisements, audio books, radio ads, etc.

My Training

I have done several workshop trials in New York City, and have had extensive voice training at the university level in both speaking and singing. I have been surrounded by the world of music and professional sound for several years and have learned about the industry from some of the industry's top voice talents in New York City like Drew Birns, Marla Kirban and David Zema.
