I have been acting off and on since graduating from college in the late sixties. Over the years I have performed in plays and films while being engaged full-time in publishing sales and marketing. After leaving the latter field about five years ago I have ramped up my professional acting career. Repeatedly I would be asked if I had ever thought of doing voiceover work; I decided to follow through on the suggestions. I did research and spoke to professionals, all leading to my taking classes and producing a narrative demo reel featuring my skills at voicing travelogues, documentaries and museum tours.

Whether interacting with another actor, speaking to a class of students, guiding a caller through options or describing a locale to a prospective vacationer I personalize the message. It is necessary to speak clearly and succinctly, but it is just as important to make sure my voice is suitable to the occasion and appealing to the listener.
