Voice Description

I have experience in different types of projects from narration of commercial projects such as corporate videos for both private companies and city councils. I have also done character acting for small cartoon projects and can apply a warm voice for radio commercials.

I can be as flexible as possible regarding type of voice required for different projects. A warm voice has been needed for my narrative parts and yet variable for other parts for characters. I have been asked to do generic accents for UK projects when I lived there. Now I live in Colorado and am looking for all types of projects that need a British voice that is as flexible as necessary.

My Voice Experience

On being asked to be a voice for a whisky company to say three words, I soon learnt that a warm voice is needed to reflect such products. A trusted voice was then applied as I undertook a 20 page script all about sewer pipes in a town center for a public visitor center. Talk about making that sound interesting. Challenge is the word I would like to use on that one. Fashion video was also an eye opener as it required me to be very upbeat and sales like.

If you are looking for someone who can apply themselves in a variety of ways especially in character voices, well, you have found the right place. I can even help with scripts as I am a published author and am also looking to be involved in scripts on a wider basis.

Formal training was minimal but then this voice has been put to work to satisfaction. Always willing to take on extra responsibility to get the part right, let's chat.
