Voice Description
I ordinarily have a young adult, medium voice that can be described as fun, soothing, mischievous, or sarcastic (among others).
My fun voice can sound like an overly friendly guy readly to please everyone (such as a friendly waiter or over-eager camp counselor).
I have no natural accent (neutral midwestern) but I can be the good southern boy. I also do a funny asian accent.
I have made my voice go high and sqeaky for impression of small animals.
I speak some Spanish as a secondary language and even if given something to read, even if I don't understand what it says I have no problem saying it. I wont sound like a native speaker but my pronunciation is good an I do sound like I know what I'm doing.

My Voice Experience
In highschool, as a class assignment, I made a commercial advertising a toy. I was the voiceover, director, writer and camera operator. I sounded how you might imagine a stereotypical surfer or skateboarder might.
One time at my grandmother's house, she boiled shrimp. They were prepared as peel-n-eat so they still had their shells and heads. I spoke from the back of my throat to make my voice go high and sort of squeaky in an imitation of how I would imagine a shrimp would sound if it could speak and tortured my girlfriend my making them say "Help us Billi! Don't eat us! Don't hurt us Billi!"
My Training
I have no training as a voiceover talent but I work with a guy who has done some voice over (and a little acting) and he told me I have a voice that people would want.

Additional Skills
I have 6 years of class experience with Spanish. I never have the opportunity to use it outside of a classroom so while I have forgotten a lot of the vocabulary I can still speak it correctly if given the words in spanish.
I, and my family, are from Alabama, Mississippi, and Lousiana so I have been exposed to at least three different kinds of southern accents. If I hear them, I can immitate them.
I work as a server in a restaurant so I have to sound friendly and sound like I know what I'm doing. How I speak determines how the customers perceive me and I have to read them to figure out how I ought to speak to them. Usually I just sound very friendly but there are times when sarcastic is what will make them like me.
I have a 2-year degree as an Iowa Paramedic Specialist so I have medical knowledge. I am also working on a degreen in IT so I have technical knowledge.
