I began doing voiceovers while working as an on-air DJ at WNKS Kiss 95.1 in 2004. As an on-air DJ I had the opportunity to work with state of the art equipment to create voice-over pieces for a wide range of clients.
I continued using my voice as a live DJ at clubs and private parties. Making and enhancing the flow of the evening.
Currently I am recording several podcasts focusing on subjects from pop-culture and travel to the advertising industry.
I am currently the voice for several band videos as well as the Voice for all of Split Second Sound's on-site and promo videos.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Nort Carolina at Chapel Hill.
I majored in Advertising and focused on copywriting.
I am steadily and consistently sharpening my skills as a voice-over actor, copywriter and most importantly storyteller, combining the words, tone and pronunciation of words to create the most rewarding and engaging experience for listeners.

I love telling stories and using my voice to convey the essence of situations to best engage my listeners. Using accents, inflection, tone and cadence I bring my listeners with me for every story...whether that story is the voice-over for a video game, information on corporate training, or an audio book.
As a writer and copywriter I understand what sort of voices I have in mind for my characters.
My experience as a writer helps me to communicate with writers to create the ideal voice experience for their listeners whether they want to entertain, inform or sell, it helps to understand where the writer is coming from and what they want to convey.
