My Voice Experience

I have a wide variety of experience:
In addition to voiceover work, as a performer, I am active in the spoken word / electronics duo "Eigenvalues", I am also a musician and audio engineer.

My Training

I've been performing and recording with my voice for many years. I am also trained and experienced in recording, I've engineered jingles, voice over sessions, audio sweetening for video, rock bands, jazz ensembles, and classical music. I am also a trained composer. I write for and perform with the Low End String Quartet and the DC Improvisers Collective.

I am a vegan. Other interests include Bikram Yoga and NASCAR. As a musician, I have developed many unrelated skills over the years thanks to various day-jobs. I am an arts administrator and grant writer. I am an experienced bookkeeper, with particular expertise in the nonprofit sector. I am an excel wiz and offer excel training sessions for businesses. For a few years, I operated a house cleaning service (the Starving Artist Cleaning Co. in Austin, Texas). It's been a circuitous journey.
