I have a deep, smooth baritone voice capable of being strong and authoritive at one moment and calm, soothing and trustworthy in another moment. My 34 years as an educator have taught me to use my voice in many creative and energetic ways to maintain student attention based upon the students' emotional state.

My Voice Experience

I hav e performed pro bono work for local organizations such as Parvins State Park and the Salem County Clerk's Office. In addition I have recorded podcast narrations of the science textbooks I use in my science classes for students who possess alternative learning styles.

My Training

I use my voice every day as a science educator at the high school level. In addition, I have been a member of a four part harmony choice throughout my years in college and later throughout my adult life I have participated in regional performance choires.

Additional Skills

With a degree in Biology and 34 years as a science educator I am very comfortable with the specialized language of the various sciences. I have taught Biology, Chemistry, Physics and the Earth Sciences of geology, oceanography, meteorology and astronomy in my educational career contributing to my comfort with the terms and processes of science.
