My Studio Equipment
I have two setups:
Home Studio
I have a Samson C01 condenser microphone connected to a Alesis Multimix 8 mixer which is then ported to a Roland CD2 Digital/CD Recorder. I record uncompressed .wav files to the memory card and do my editing on a PC. I use Adobe Audition 3.0 on my PC for editing.
Portable studio
I have a Shure SM58 dynamic microphone connected via XLR to an M-Audio FastTrac analog to digital converter and then via USB into my Toshiba laptop. For this setup, I use Audacity 1.2.6 as my editing software.
