My voice is deep and has been considered as smooth, melodic, warm and sexy and velevety(from other sources).
I have been told that I have a voice of the Barry White calibre, as well as that of "The Temptation's deceased bass (Melvin Franklin)" of the Motown era. I have sung in choirs as well as in college providing the bottom layer for a Quintet.
I'm asked almost everyday, if I do voiceover work, and why not, or why I am not on the radio or televion broadcasting nightly news.

My Voice Experience
I have not made any recordings in the field of voice overs, but have been told that I should share this.
When people call my office, and I answer, they are not sure if it is my voice mail or if it is really me, there is always a pause, and then I am asked where did I get this-My Voice.

None-
My job requires that I speak to a myriad of people of all professions I am always told on that I should at least look into voice over auditions, because it is felt that I have a voice over talent that is going to waste.

Additional Skills
As indicated above, I have no experience voice over arena.
My job does require that I speak to people whether by phone or in person. As I am in the insurance industry, I do appear before judges etc and am responsible for stating the company's opinion on specific issues, and I never have to repeat myself.
My degree is in Political Theory & Research Methodology with a minor in International Politics-Foreign Interdiction
