Have worked on air in both industries...mostly mornings in radio and hosted, produced, wrote and marketed my own Cable TV Show.

Also capable of writing creative for commercials, psa's and station promos, image liners and splitters...also show prep and researcher writer for 8 other radio personalities in Halifax and Toronto.

Have been doing freelance voice-over work since '94 for Please Hold Canada/On Hold Promotions USA
with major accounts like Bank of Montreal, Campbell Soup Canada, The Shopping Channel, Holiday Inn Express, Mailboxes Etc./UPS, Discount Car & Truck Rentals, Yamaha, Microsoft Canada, the '96 Summer Olympic Games Hotline in Georgia and many more.

Additional Skills

Work ethic is very disciplined with a fierce loyalty to each company for whom I work.

Have also coached girls' hockey for 5 years and was also fitness and nutrition coach for 8 different teams...still presently doing this.

Was also a children's black belt karate instructor for 5 years as well.

1981 Gillette Media Fitness Champion..set new record for climbing the CN Tower.

1985 Kraft Fitness Media Champion...set unofficial Canadian record for most sit-ups in 60 seconds
