I've done hundreds of commericals in my 17 year radio career. In 2008, I co-wrote and co-produced two Communicator Award winning dental commericals.

I've produced many promos and positioners for the various radio stations I've worked at.

I can connect with the emotion of the script in a believable way. I can "be real", funny and warm.

For commerical scripts, I can do straight reads for radio and TV with an enthusatic voice, announcating my words clearly.

I've done message on hold scripts that are laid back. For use in a health care facility. Also for a pizza place, not so laid back.

My Voice Experience

I've had a lot of experience being on the radio. My career started in 1987 and ended in 2004. My best job was working for SOS, a Christain radio network, in Las Vegas, I did mornings for 9 years. Consequently, I've done a lot of commericals and promos and have been in live concert settings. For two years I hosted Soul2Soul, a weekly radio show featuring one Christian artist per week. After radio I became a part of Audiacom. It's a marketing firm that does a lot of different kind of media projects. They have use me on various projects including a locally televised "Superbowl 42" commercial for John Jones GM City. While at Audiacom, I've done a national radio commerical for David Phelps and a comedy tour. I still have my hand in the radio market here in Louisville. I've done commericals for the Salem Radio network in Louisville, Ky.

My Training

I well equiped to operate ProTools, Adobe Audition, Vegas, Sony Sound Forge, and Wizard audio editing systems.

My formal education came from Southeastern Bible College in Lakeland, Fla.

I learned the basics of radio from a community education program in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1986. I picked up the rest by being in the media.

My Studio Equipment

My high quality mics are from Shure. My software is Adobe Audition. I have a phone batch, mixing board, music library and sound effects.

Additional Skills

I've done extensive writing of scripts for Audiacom for radio, TV, message on hold, and speical video projects. I've done some camera work, learned video editing, and even directed. It's pretty fun actually to be a part of something bigger than yourself.
