My Voice Experience

For many years I have been presenting professional training and coaching programs and at the end of nearly everyone, at least one participant tells me I should be a professional voice over artist. I am equally told that I am a most engaging reader when reading aloud to children and I have produced my own audio tapes for friends to listen to.
I am keen to develop my career and I am interested in all opportunites to utilise what appears to be a natural talent.

My Training

From the age of five I was a member of the local church choir where my voice was trained to deliver strong renditions of classic ecclesiastic chants and psalms.
At school I joined the theatre club where I received voice and acting coaching from John Heston and ended up starring opposite Colin Firth in our last year.
I subsequently joined a variety of amateur dramatic societies and regularly played either the lead or supporting roles.
During my professional business career I have qualified as a trainer and coach which has resulted in my delivering a myriad of presentations and seminars to both small and large groups.
I have also delivered cookery and product demonstrations in a market stores where the aim is to engage the passers-by to create sales opportunities.
I have also worked as a DJ for a number of years which has also involved remixing and recording contemporary music.

I am a highly articulate individual with flair and passion for the arts. I have a successful career in senior management and I am highly conversant with the business world. I am also a talented chef with in depth knowledge of nutrition, cookery skills and current food trends.
I am an inveterate traveller having travelled around the globe for five years and so my understanding and involvement with a wide array of cultures means that I am easily accessible.
I have vast experience in tour operations and quality hotels and oddly, I have extensive experience of design and build management as a project manager and designer.
The depth and breadth of my experience allows me to provide the right voice over to match the subject matter as I am empathetic to most subject matters.
