My Voice Experience
Commercials...commercials...commercials. Started in
Canadian radio at 14 and still do voice work for
my last Canadian employer. Voiced radio newscasts since the seventies right up until 2003 and since moving to Arizona I do voice over and voice on-hold work with justsayspots and handle the on-hold voice messages for the Riverside Resort in Laughlin, Nevada. I have now moved into video and
do voice-overs for the city's tv station in Bullhead City, Az.
My Training
My training was the work. Since age 14 I have been writing, recording, producing and voicing
radio and tv commercials, programs, presentations
and promotions. I started splicing tape in the
60's and now have Cool Edit Pro as my primary system in my home studio. My experience also includes news writing, reporting, compilation and presentation. My casino work has included live radio interviews programs with artists like The lettermen, The Fifth Dimension, Freddie Fender and Debbie Reynolds. My voice work is currently on the air from Eastern Canada to California.

Additional Skills
My broadcast experience includes years of producing commercials with business owners, politicians and service groups. Coaching them to
deliver properly or rewriting copy to be more
effective and dynamic. I read extensively and can
break-down large amounts of information into more
easily perceived concepts for commercial purposes.
My musical ability though limited to guitar,some
keyboard and harmonica allows me to edit jingles
beds and other musical pieces quickly and smoothly. I worked as publicity and promotions
manager for several auto dealerships including
Mazda-Honda-Volkswagen and Hyundai and have a good
grasp of customer service needs in the artist-
client environment.
