My Voice Experience
As a young college student, I began working as a DJ at KZSC in Santa Cruz, which was where I first made friends with the microphone. Since then, I have been a singer, songwriter, and performer working many different jobs, but always loved to use my voice. Since 2005, I have had my own online radio station, Ear Candle Radio, where I both co-DJ and put together station IDs. Now I'm ready to take my voice talent to new places.
My Training
City College of San Francisco, Announcing And Performance with Dr. Cecil Hale, Spring 2011.
My Studio Equipment
Eurorack MX 2642A console
Audio Technica AT4050/CM5 capacitor microphone
Hardwire DL-8 Delay-Looper
Alesis 8-track ADAT recorder
Adobe Premiere Pro, which is excellent for audio editing as well as video
Additional Skills
I have extensive writing experience, particularly music journalism, having been a contributing editor of Puncture Magazine, copy-editor/proofreader for Street Bike Magazine, and contributing writer for the San Francisco Bay Guardian, the Village Voice, BravEar, Snackcake, and other publications. My spelling and grammar are top notch, and I can proofread copy if needed.
