My Training

I've been a musician for over 20 years, playing the trombone, trumpet, drums, and even some guitar and keyboard. I have performed in both live and recorded settings (including a stint as frontman for a hard rock band in the 90's.)

I've been an AV geek all my life, primarily interested in recording and editing. I've been recording my voice since I was 6 years old.

I'm quick on my feet, I "get it," and my instincts are solid. I'm a thinker, writer and a lover of the English language. I have that SNL/SCTV sense of humor and a quick wit. I co-founded a 24-hour comedy/satire internet radio station called Chimpsy Radio, where I am featured heavily via imaging, promos, audio comedy skits, and especially characters, and more recently Very Chimpsy Radio, its ridiculous offspring.

Additional Skills

After 19 years experience in voicing spots/promos/radio and TV imaging, characters, commercial production, digital editing, copywriting, and radio, I've learned a lot about what works, and a lot about what doesn't.
