My Voice Experience

I have been an announcer for 25 years, mostly as a radio news host. I have done thousands of newscasts, dozens of documentaries. I have also hosted a talk show and anchored several national election programs. The stations I have worked for include CHED, CHQT, CISN, CKUA in Edmonton, CKSL and CFPL London. Currently, I am the voice for all of Sprint's IVR market research announcements. I have worked for American Express and the Center for Creative Leadershp. I have also been the PA announcer for Skate Canada, a world-class skating competition, similar to Skate America.

My Training

I graduated as a broadcast journalist from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, Canada. I have additional voice coaching from Voiceworx in Toronto.

My Studio Equipment

I have can produce my own recordings. I have my own studio, using Pro Tools 8 LE with all plugins. My studio includes a RODE NT1000 Studio microphone and Sony Professional series headsets.
