Resonant, projecting, with a wide range. Can do gruff and friendly – somebody’s uncle or great-uncle - or not-so-friendly (“YOU WILL BOW DOWN!”). I also have some well developed character voices at hand, like “The Hamster” (friendly if you fill his water bottle) and “The Nerd” (friendliness upgrade optional). Precise pronunciation/enunciation for business/technical work (with emphasis on key words to keep the listener’s interest). I can interpret a script or a joke in a manner that maximizes it’s effectiveness, and I’m both relaxed in the studio and ready to incorporate directions and suggestions.
