My Voice Experience

As a voice-over artist, I most recently worked dubbing from Turkish to English for Everest Productions., Tom Wayland - Director. I did a several voices for several shows including “The 5th Dimension” where I played the role of Hizir (Principal), a wise angel who comes to earth to guide people to do good. I also played various roles in The Great Confrontation for Everest. These shows are kind of like Turkish versions of “Touched by an Angel”. In 2005 I did a job for the GLAAD Media Awards where I did an Announcer voice with a Spanish accent for Red Thread Productions.

My Training

I have trained in a number of areas including Acting and Improv at QUICKThinking Improv, John Swist, Director, Cartoon, Character and Looping with Pamela Lewis, Voiceover Copy Reading workshops with Jennifer Duckworth, Vocal training Badiene Magaziner, Cabaret performance training with Lennie Watts and Stand-up comedy training with Rob Weinstein.

Additional Skills

Over the years I've done a number of jobs and gained a number of skills. I've been a musician, a photographer, a stand-up comic, a clerical worker, an executive assistant, a computer programmer and web developer, a wedding singer, I was even a buffalo during a summer job in my teens (long story). I am also a licensed driver in the state of New Jersey and I can lift either eyebrow independantly of the other and I can yodel.
