My name is Joel Whipple, owner, operator and voice talent for Hill Street Productions. As a voice talent I offer you a voice that may be a little different than the normal deep voiced, slow moving voice talent. I can offer you a wide variety of vocal reads, from straight forward instructional reads, lively commercial reads, to anything fun, creative and off the wall. With years of experience in the radio field, I have created voice work for clients and companies of all sizes both national and local. Plus, I offer expertise in the audio production area as well with over a decade of experience producing high quality work.
