Voice Description

My voice has been described by myself and others as soothing, warm, comfortable and very expressive. I have a command of the English language that allows me to speak with perfect inflection to deliver the true intended meaning of the script.
I do not speak fluent Spanish but grew up in a home where Spanish was spoken and am able to read Spanish with a flawless accent.
I am also able to read English in a Spanish or Italian dialect.

My Voice Experience

One of my first careers was as an airline flight attendant for an international airline. One of my responsibilities was making the pre-flight and in-flight announcements. On nearly every flight many passengers (and crew) would comment on how pleasant my announcements were. They described my voice and delivery as professional, smooth, comforting, warm and expressive. This was in great contrast to many of the shrill and unintelligible voices of many in the airline industry and elsewhere. Most recently I have been doing voice overs on Powerpoint presentations that are delivered in an on-demand format. These have primarily been for financial firms for training and product introductions. Prior work has been voice overs and acting in political campaigns, airline commercials, and various other marketing performances.

My Training

I have a 4 year Bachelors degree from the State University of New York with an emphasis on debating skills. I have taken TV commerical acting training and Soap Opera acting classes with a NYC based acting school.
Although I have no formal journalism training, my writing has been published in the New York Times, Newsday and several professional journals.

Additional Skills

I am the creator of the "Tombstone ATM" which is a mechanism for individuals to ensure that their heirs visit their gravesite on a regular basis. As a result of the "Tombstone ATM" project I was asked to be a guest on more that fifty radio and TV stations around the country and throughout the world.
