Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

Accents I can do are ; English (Yorkshire), English (London : Traditional), English (Liverpudlian), American (general),American (Southern)
,Irish, Russian

As with these accents I can use variations, such as an upper class English accent, or a more rural English accent etc

I can also make myself sound a lot older/younger depending on job

My Voice Experience

I have not had much voice over experience but what I have is good

I have recorded a voice over for a novel ( unpublished at the moment) as well as three children's books in which i played a tremendous ammount of different characters.

The novel was me using my normal, everyday voice but with a warmness to it. I also used my English : London accent to record in, as the book was set in London.
The children's books were only short, fifteen pages books dealing with faries/gnomes etc. I used my England : London accent again, making my voice soothing and calm when playing the narrator, and a vartiety of different tones/speeds/even accents for the characters.

For these we used an amaetur recording devices

My Training

I have my BTEC Performing arts (which i recieved Distinction*, the highest award) and here we did a whole term on voice over work

I also have my A-Level in Theatre studies in which half of my first year was discussing the power of the voice and the control you need which i think fits very well

Additional Skills

I am a talented performer with lots of work in the theatre, which i think benefits me, as along with voice over work the theatre demands a high quality of control over your voice and teaches you it's boundaries/skills
