My Training

Joe Capasso is a professionally trained voice actor. You won't get your standard announcer read when you hire Joe, unless you ask for it of course! Joe studied under voice actor Peter Rofe of PDR Voice in New York City.

Joe holds a degree in Broadcasting, Telecommuniations and Mass Media from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Joe started his carrer as a news reporter and anchor for WRTI-FM in Philadelphia. He anchored five live newscasts daily. From there he started hosting an evening Jazz show. During the same time, Joe also served a weekend announcer stint on Lite Rock 96.9WFPG in Atlantic City.

Later, he got his first television news reporter job at WMGM-TV in Atlantic City.

From there he headed south to Fort Myers, FL where he worked as a television news reporter for CBS affiliate WINK-TV.
