Voice Description

My own voice is warm, has a smile in it, and is clear. I take direction very well and have a knack for delivering multiple reads with ease. I have the ability to lengthen or shorten a read as required and include subtlety of inflection and emotion. I enjoy exploring voice personas and have no fear of trying on a new sound whether it be an animated character, solid & concise announcer, airhead... whatever the role calls for.

"Dinah Vista" is in her late 50's, ethnic, a bit gravelly and enjoys talking about her woes

"Mumsy" is a sticky-sweet, baby talking mommy. "How is mommy's widdle iddie biddie babykins?" Absolutely gushes over her child/puppy/kitten/etc.

I am brand new to the industry and am currently under the tutelage of Klem Daniels.

I completed a college-offered voice over workshop some years back and am currently honing my skills under the direction of Klem Daniels.

At this time 5/13/2009 I am available to travel to local studios and have access to a professional studio via Mr. Daniels.

Additional Skills

Dun and Bradstreet hired me as a representative based only on my telephone interview. The position required an ability to be articulate, professional but friendly; contact with clients was exclusively via phone.

I recorded the voicemail and phone system responses for another employer, Health Management Center, as a result of clients frequently mentioning to my employers that they enjoy speaking with me.

I'm often told that I come across as someone who is "easy to talk to." I find people interesting and believe this comes across in my voice.

According to Mr. Daniels, I have a natural ability to alter inflection, tone and pace with minimal direction. Also, I have consistently given consecutive, multiple reads of a single script with each being different from the others.
