Voice Description

I have been told by professionals that my voice has a very warm, upbeat, articulate, professional tone to it. I was always asked to make voice mail recordings. I have also been told that my voice can have a sultry quality to it. I believe that I can do most any voice. My voice is neither too high nor too low pitched. People often joke and tell me that my home answering machine recording sounds like it was professionally done.

My Voice Experience

I have no voice experience with the exception of many years of experience in the medical field answering a multitude of phone lines.

The best story that would be fitting here is as follows:

One early morning, I answered an incoming patient line, the voice on the other end turned out to be the head physician in our practice. After answering the phone at 7AM, in a very perky and professional manner, the doctor replied "You will be the one to record our outgoing message."

After making a video recording as departure gift to a bride and groom, the videographer complimented me on my on screen composure and voice quality. I was told that I was very comfortable behind a microphone.

My Training

I am brand new to this field. I am currently a home schooling mom looking for a way in which to earn an income while doing something that I think would be enjoyable.
