I have voiced phone systems for various local insurance-related companies as well as a local hospital.
I produced and recorded a half-hour radio show on CRIS radio (CT Radio Information Systems - radio for the blind and print-handicapped) for over twelve years. I have done shows live as well as recorded.
Working as an accountant for many years and speaking with people a great deal in person and on the phone, folks would tell me that I "gave great voice", and that's why I decided to transition to voice-over.
I sang in my local community chorus as an alto for over twelve years (and also was on the Steering Committee).
I studied voice over with Peter Drew and Michael Ciulla, two tremendously talented and prominent voice-over artists in the greater NY metro area. Both provided an eight-week course of study, and Michael brilliantly produced my demo.
I’ve been a stand up comic for ten years and have hosted, produced, or guest spotted in a multitude of shows in New York and New England. I’ve taken a number of stand up classes through Caroline’s School of Comedy which is affiliated with Caroline’s on Broadway, one of many NY venues
I’ve performed at.
I can write or edit for just about anything (commercial, narration, etc.)
I am extremely conscientious, and have a strong work ethic. I work well with people, am reliable, versatile and directable.
