Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

My best accent would probably be scottish or old english. However, I can with a few minutes rehearsal do many other dialects from Australian to Canadian and Russian. I can do many cartoon voice characters such as Goofy, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Bullwinkle. Given a few days notice I could do other voices as needed.

My Voice Experience

My profession is an air traffic controller, and have been doing that for over 20 years. I have worked at a radio station as an on-air DJ. I also edited and did voiceover for commercials used by the radio station I worked for, as well as other radio stations. Prior to leaving that market, the station manager offered me the morning show, which I turned down.

My Training

I can think of no better training then being an air traffic controller. Especially working the busy market areas. I have been told that I have such a confident sounding voice that I could control an airplane into a brick wall. I have to think on my feet, be quick about it and be right on what I say and how I say it every time.
