My Voice Experience

It all started when I was cast as a TV news anchorman in a critically acclaimed High School play. Parents started flocking to me, asking if I would be the voice of their outgoing answering machine greetings.

In the days before each having their own voice mailbox, telephone answering systems were quite new and people were afraid to record their voices on them. As a young boy, I cheerfully agreed to provide my voice services on their telephone answering devices for a quarter. Of course, in those days a quarter was worth 25 cents!

Since then, I may have adjusted my rates to cover inflation and other factors, but, more than 15 years later still maintain the commitment of that neighborhood teen desiring to please his first paying customers!

Other clients (besides my mother, the Shelly's, the Gyorfi's down the street, etc.) include:

Time Customer Service (A division of Time Warner) - Provided outbound abandoned call announcements/greetings for telephone system.

Kitchen Magic, Inc. (A division of Greenell Corporation) - Provide voiceover services for employee hotline/telephone greetings and announcements, voicemail, voiceover for training and instructional videos.

Hyde Park United Methodist Church (Tampa, FL) - Provided voice talent for web content and documentary videos/internal media.

Ybor Fusion (Tampa, FL) - Regular guest appearances on this weekly movie & entertainment radio talk show.

"Down to Business with Andy Johnson" (AM Radio Talk Show) - Provided commercial voice-overs for advertisers and sponsors (radio commercials).
