Voice Description
Texas good old boy voice talent. Voice ranges from baratone to brassy. Can do many dialects, including deep redneck (think "Larry the Cable Guy"), laconic cowboy, Southern Politician, hell fire and brimstone preacher, Slingblade, Tired Old Retired man, old Texas Cowboy (Gabbie Hayes or Walter Brennen) cheesy top 40 radio DJ or club announcer, auctioneer, and Highpowered "Nascar" kind announcer. Can do "Wolfman Jack" style impersonations. Can create and/or interpret many types of rural characters, as needed from Deep South redneck, to nasal midwestern tourist. Can do almost any voice over or dialect for the southern US.

My Voice Experience
For an old boy from the Blacklands of Texas, I have done a little bit of everything. Have done a huge amount of public speaking, including but not limited to master of ceremonies, homeletics,voice over work in radio and television commercials. Was seen in then Coen Brothers Film, "O Brother Where art Thou," running the steam train, also worked in "There will be Blood".
I have done political commercials, done voice acting for Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo tour, and done character voices for Lionel trains.
My Training
Had personal tutoring and training from Bob Michaels, Dallas' premier voice over artist and voice actor.

Additional Skills
A 6th generation Texas Farmer and Railroad engineer. We have provided vintage equipment and services for several movies. Play ragtime, blues and southern gospel piano and can also play the banjo Uke (ala George Formby). If needed, I can cowboy yodel.
