I am a non union voice over talent. You might say my best feature is my ability to read non-announcer. More down to earth, real, trustworthy, low key, believable, smooth and comforting.

My Voice Experience

I've voiced national PSAs for a variety of organizations such as AA, Boy's and Girls Town Nat'l Hotline. Also regional TV and radio spots for Roundup and other Monsanto products. Documentaries and educational films and videos sound particularly nice, as I can hold the tone for the length of the project, many of which have been 60 minutes in length. I have also voiced a variety of local and regional commercials for things like carpet, cars, big regional grocery stores. I have also voiced many on-hold messages for corporations. I've been doing voicovers in St. Louis for 20 years.

My Training

Degree in communications/radio/TV/Film. I have been a recording engineer for 20 years. I strive to read so that the editor has an easy job of piecing together all the takes for a fluid consistent sound.

Sennheiser 416, Rode microphones. ProTools and Sony's Vegas for recording and editing. Soundforge for mastering, converting. Alesis tube mic pre; access to ISDN with MPEGLayerII. Original music or library music also available.
