Jim Knight's experience includes copy writing and voicing TV & radio commercials, promos and imaging. Jim can narrate videos for web sites, corporate presentations, training & product demos, trade shows, schools, community organizations, etc. As the former Marketing Director for a company with over 10,000 distributors nationwide, Jim has been in your position. He knows how important these projects are and how critical it is to find the right voice. He enjoys voice tracking for radio stations of most formats. One of his favorite projects is on-hold IVR announcements.
Jim has been an equestrian enthusiast for most of his life. He started riding horses when he was only 12 years old. He started riding steel horses (motorcycles) a little later in life. He loves the outdoors and music. Jim is also a self-taught drummer.
Jim attended the community college in his hometown, and also enrolled in a business college with a Broadcast Management curriculum. Although he has years of experience behind the mic in broadcast studios, to remain at the top of his game Jim continually participates in VO training courses and seminars, most recently through Edge Studio in New York. He’s a dedicated student of the industry and constantly strives to become better every day. "This is my life, so I put my life into it!" Jim says.
