Voice Description

I have a deep smooth voice, well trained from years of diction as a youth. It fits my 6'5" 280lb. frame and I can flex it from warm and reassuring to a child to cold and "You realize your time's up?" in a heartbeat.
My dad was a football coach and we traveled the East from the coast through Appalachia to the Mid Atlantic states. I developed an ear for all of them without an accent from any. My grandparents were from Ireland and a brogue come naturally as well as some gaelic.
I've lived in the Rocky Mountains for over 25 years and have also picked up on plenty of cowboyspeak.
I started broadcasting baseball in 1976 on AM radio and soon earned my own jazz show. When I left for college, I continued on the college station with a jazz show and did all the ad voice work. After college I played pro football and did numerous PSA's and voiceovers.
I have also acted and continued in advertising while studying with Bob Pinney, The voice of Lexus for many years.

I was first exposed to radio, calling baseball play by ply in high school on the local AM radio station. I graduated to hosting a free form jazz show which I continued in college.
As a professional athlete I recorded numerous PSA's and had many sponsors I represented live, in print and recorded.
I have also sung in a blues band, worked on the board and as the face of many not for profit organizations and acted.
