My Voice Experience

Once upon a time, when I was a young filmmaker, I would use my own voice to record rough narration, saying to clients, “This is just a scratch track; when the copy is approved, we’ll record a real narrator.” But a strange thing started happening: clients liked my voice and they requested that I do the real narration So that’s how I got started as a narrator. Since then I’ve done voiceovers for documentaries, instructional programs, commercials, and audiobooks. And my background as a filmmaker helps me understand what producers want. And gives me access to a professioinal recording studio for remote recording.
