I have worked in countries that include Singapore, Malaysia, India, Sri Lanka, Canada, the United States and the Middle East, therefore I know the detailed differences in most accents. For example, many people don't know that there is a big difference between a Japanese and chinese accent and a North or South Indian accent and A Caribbean-Indian accent, which I can distinguish. Many of these voice talents attempts on American radio are poorly done and lack detail.
