My Voice Experience

I am currently the voice of Windber Medical Center's ongoing "You Have a Choice Campaign" produced by 1st Team Marketing for radio and television in my local area.

I have worked for Planet Vox producing voice audio for the Natural Resources Defense Council.

Voice of Allegheny College of Maryland's Fall 2010 campaign.

Voice of RE/MAX television home tours produced by RMG TV airing on FOX 53 in the Greater Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania area.

I am the voice of a prototype educational applications produced for the Apple iPad.

I am the voice of multiple private, secured military online trainings which require long hours of recording, editing and mastering of the audio files. This has given me experience with endurance reading required for lengthy scripts or audio books.

In 2007, I was selected to record the audio tracks for a Chemical, Biological, and Radiological computer-based training for a private client. I had co-designed the educational content for this project which required approximately 4 months of voiceover recording work ranging from 30 minutes to 4 hours a day. A number of the recording sessions also included direction from a subject matter expert via phone patch.

I am presently employed by Crown American Hotels and other private clients as a weekly performing vocalist.

My Studio Equipment

I have a home studio using ProTools LE software for PC. I am currently recording using a Shure Beta 87A Supercardiod Condenser and an MXL large diaphragm condenser microphone with Digidesign and Sony equipment.

The quality of my studio allows me to produce high end auditions at any time as well as finished and edited tracks.

I can produce finished tracks as .mp3 and .wav files.

Additional Skills

I work currently as an Instructional Designer at a technology corporation. I am used as an in-house voice actor for much of the contract work we produce.

I worked part-time in a pediatrician's office. This required me to understand and pronounce complex medical jargon.

My background as a vocalist allows me to interpret copy well and convey a message properly. I regularly adjust my voice to match the feeling of different songs that my trio performs.
