My Voice Experience

Introductions on cd records were my main experience previously. I was signed up with a agency in Atlanta, but after investing some money, they "mysteriouly" were closed one day. I enjoy going into different characters for children's readings, basing my experience as a Sunday School teacher for 3 - 6 year olds - catches their attention fast!!
I have been playing "The Warden" in a place called "Grace" produced by Restoration of The Arts" (ROTA), for the past 3 years. It is a singing role, very funny, and I love going into this character.
I want to get back into this field, and work with companies and agencies that have a solid reputation in this industry, and represent them well in what I do.
I use to make up voices when telling "tall tales" in grade school - my first interest in doing something more with my voice.

My Training

I started doing introductions for cd's in church, when on the Media Department. I would give a short description of what the cd (sermon) was about.
I have been singing since since I was 8, and that has been usually in doing a role I have in a play. I have sung in several choirs, and want to use that experience in commercials.
I took some training with another agency in Seattle for a short time.
