Additional Skills
I have been on-stage numerous times througout my life starting at age 4 when I sang before 400 and received a standing ovation at a singing event with a professional singer in Hilton Head Island during a vacation. My passion for singing, always strong, has really picked up in the last few years. I have performed onstage singing many times, including song such as "The Star Spangled Banner", "Amazing Grace", "Inch by Inch," "If I only had a heart" and "Over the Rainbow" and many other songs before audiences large and small. I have won competitions and been chosen in numerous stage productions for my singing ability. Because of this, I learned that I am also deeply interested in acting and have had many people comment on my ability to project well and read well. I have been extremely articulate from a very young age when my preschool teachers had me read to the other children in my class. I have performed in many plays, including recently the part of Tinman rendition in the Wizard of Oz. All of the auditions that I have been successful in have been due to my powerful, articulate voice. This is why, though I have not been allowed to do specific voice over work, my mother has been very protective of me in regards to beginning a career too early, I believe that I am in a very good position to do strong voice work. Between my classically trained singing voice, natural voice charisma and quick study of words, I think that many voice seekers would be happy with the quality of my voice for their productions. I am extremely excited to get started with this, as it is basically my life goal to become successful in this field. I love to perform.
