I've done customer service for the telephone companies: AT&T and SWBT. Have been doing customer service for over 25 years and have been told, repeatedly by friends and customer that my voice is very pleasant, mellow, romantic, soothing to listen to. I can turn angry customers, both male and female around, by using my voice skills. I've worked both bi-lingual: English and Spanish customer services jobs.
