Voice Description

I normally have a soft, almost slurred quality to my voice. I was born in Washington but have lived in South Carolina for over a decade, so my voice is accented by both. My voice is slightly high, although I sing alto. I find lower registers more difficult to reach.

My narrations are enunciated crisply, though I like to raise and lower my voice for inflection. I can sound giddy for commercials--I talk fast and my voice gets pitchier.

I can pronounce Japanese well--I'm teaching myself the language--but I can't roll my "r"s.

My Voice Experience
