To be honest, I really don't know. I just found out about voice over from friends and thought I'd give it a try. (I think I do with Jamaican, Mexican and a obnoxious,loud and country persons accent(s). )

I have played around with Nero that allows me to record my voice and do some weird stuff with it, put it on disk or upload. Other than that, I do not have any audio equipment. I work a sound board at church.
