My Voice Experience
I have no experience in the voice over industry. I spent a lot of time in my youth emulating accents, characters, and cartoon voices. People used to tell me all the time that I should be a voice actor. I ignored them and became a rock singer instead. After several years singing in bands, I went back to school for business and wound up in acting classes as well. Now I'm finally listening to all the people over the years that have told me I should be a voice actor.
My Training
I am currently taking acting classes at my community college. I plan to continue doing so until I have taken all of the acting classes that they offer, at which point I will be seeking other classes elsewhere.
Previously I have performed in rock bands singing anything form the blues to heavy metal. I'm a self taught singer, but I do practice many industry wide techniques.
As previously mention, I started mimicking voices and accents that I heard on the radio and on television at a very young age.
