My Voice Experience

I have done volunteer work Reading Radio Resources here in Dallas, Texas. It is a non-profit organization that does radio broadcasts for the hearing impaired. I did recordings with other individuals giving Sports news for broadcasts. Also did recordings for excerptsfrom textbooks and story books. Did fill in spots for morning radio show in Lubbock, TX 1997. When I worked for a voice mail support company, I would "honor" customer by doing their voice mail greetings for them including small businesses and personal voice mail services. I am pretty much known through my own circle of friends and family as the "voice guy" or "man of too many voices/noises" I was also a DJ (dance clubs) for 9 years.

My Training

My training is just life itself. I try to micick other voices or sounds just for my own personal sake. I have taken classes in school for acting but my voice altering abilities stem from my days as a DJ and jsut being an entertainer for friends and family. When you can do a voice that can fool your own mother, then you know you're doing something right.

I used to host my own comedy Karoake show. I used many voices for my routines and always seemed to pack the house each night I was there. (I guess moslty in part to my mulitple contests) But mostly because I'm a funny person gosh darn it!!!
