Voice Description

Native mid-westerner - can impersonate southern, New England, and west coast American accents in addition to British, Irish, Scottish, and Australian accents. Also, can impersonate the typical "female answering machine" voice as well as a crying baby and a pig.

Natural inflection and tone in voice with personality, though if the part calls for other methods of speaking it can and will be done. Virtually any way of speaking is easy for me to do.

My Voice Experience

I have always seemed to possess a talent for impersonation of sounds -- I call it audio memory. As I was growing up, I was always singing a song or making different voices like some people make faces. Although I have never used my voice for a job (aside from a short stint as a telephone interviewer for market research), everyone that has ever known me for more than five minutes believes that I should do voice acting.

My Training

My only training has been growing up with an uncanny ability to retain a pitch, rhythm, and accent in my head and recite it back.
