My Voice Experience

I have been in phone sales for the last ten years and have done very well. I think that one reason for that is I sound very professional and I grew up in CA and now live in Texas and I can have an accent or not. When I worked at Dell and talked to people and they tried to figure out where I was from and they could never do it.
