My Voice Experience

I crave the stage and have since I can remember,
singing in choirs with my family,
forming my own choirs and doing arrangements,
6th grade I was in a City production of Evita,
I love theatre so I've done a show every year of my life since kindergarden. So I've worked on diction and pronounciation and volume control,
talent show competitions,
sang lead in a funk band,
sang lead in a jazz band,
in a college accapella choir now,
show choir in high school,
district choir in high school,
District choir soloist award,
National Anthems for basketball/baseball games,
Solo college performances...and that's all I can think of. Love Love!

My Training

I'm not finished with college yet, I'm only in my 2nd year. However, this summer I worked in a studio on background vocals. I've taken 2 semesters of music theory,I also performed 2 demanding roles in 2 productions for Randolph Macon Woman's College last year and I was selected to perform poetry in another production.

I'm very good with people, I'm a leader, but I'm also very coachable, and I have a team mentally/obediance. I've worked with children for 6 years professionally and they love my voices when I tell stories...sometimes adults sit in just to hear them. I currently attend school fulltime and work 40hrs a week. I have all weekends off.
