Voice Description

I have a fluent, expressive voice with a native, subtle Australian accent. I have a natural warmth to my voice which is especially useful for narrations but can also be highly energised and fun- loving for commercial work. I have a full-bodied, warm laugh and a natural 'smile' in my voice. My voice is also authoritative and easy-to- listen to and I have been involved in my professional career in a lot of corporate work and public speaking engagements. I am also excellent at accents and at manipulating the tone in my voice to suit different characters. I can sound very sarcastic, smart-mouthed and cynical if required!

My Voice Experience

I've worked as an actor for film, television and stage and in many cases, I've had to use my voice many different expressive ways. I provided all the sound effects for a London pantomime tour of Robin Hood, playing not only Maid Marian when I was on stage, but providing sound effects for the Witch, a raven, wind sounds and various animals.
I have worked in the corporate world providing motivation and training and have been required to give speeches on a number of occasions and am excellent at presenting and delivering with authority. I have played roles as an actor requiring me to take on a variety of accents and have delivered each believably.
