Voice Description

I've been told I have a "national quality" voice. I can read scripts, I can ad-lib, and I tend to have a very down to earth tone to my voice and my read. I'm very consistant on my own, but am also very open to direction.

On an application level, I often voice commercials, messages on hold, and training programs. I'd love to move into movie trailers and/or feature cartoons.

My Voice Experience

Working in a radio station provides MANY opportunities for commercial voice overs and often more. I have recorded training videos for the Clorox Company, often record messages on hold, and commercials for just about every industry.

My Training

I was a broadcast major in college, and somehow managed to end up on the sales floor with my radio cluster. I adore my sales job for now, but would ultimately like to have something more creative. I love doing voice work and I'm continuously trying honing my art.

I work in radio. If I don't have it, I know where to go to find it.

Additional Skills

I've been around voice work and/or advertising in general for most of my adult life. The drive to voice projects started as a "dream gig". Now that I'm actually doing it on a commercial level, I've raised my goals to include more premiere goals, like feature cartoons, trailers, etc.

The bottom line is that I'm pretty good at this, and more than anything, I still LOVE it. I still have the passion for it... it's still fun for me... so I'll keep going.
