Warm, smooth, calm and clear for narrations. Sexy, light, bouncy, young, middle aged, urban, or straight forward for commercials. Professional, articulate, dry, or full of personality. English is my main language, but I can read and sing in Spanish very well. I have mastered the "urban" slang and my spanish american accent is very good. My asian american accent is also pretty polished as I am half Japanese and had the opportunity to hear a lot of broken English growing up:) My ears have been my golden ticket my whole life. If I can hear it, i can imitate it.

My Voice Experience

For the past 9 years I have been working in radio/parodies imitating anyone you can think of in pop culture. From Britney Spears to Shakira to Alanis Moriset. I've done them all...well, their voices that is:) I've been supporting myself as a voice artist for the past 11 years professionally and stay busy recording and engineering in my home studio here in California. I will feature some of my most recent jingles and some voice overs here on my page for you to take a listen to. I look forward to working with you soon!

My Training

I've been doing voice over work since i was 13. My first job was for Milk. I grew up in the business taking classes and workshops all over the San Francisco bay area up until my move to New York in 1996. In New York I was pulled into the recording industry and toured with The Fugees, was nominated for a Grammy for the song Guantanamera featuring Celia Cruz and eventually was signed to my own solo deal with Sony Records. During that time I met with one of the owners of United Stations Radio Networks and started doing voices again with them. For the past 9 years I've gained tons of invaluable training with USRN, learning how record a script and nail exactly what the client wants on the first take. For the past 3 years now I've been recording myself with protools at my home studio. Now, through the magic of the internet, I'm able to book jobs all over the world! I truly love what I do:)
