As a French translator, I can offer you the added value of a talent able to convey your message in the language that speaks to your audience. Whatever your message is, make sure that the messenger who will bring it across is a native. There are, for instance, a few nuances between continental and North American French than can cost you a fortune. Be also aware that an English text translated into French will tend to become longer. You need somebody familiar with the voiceover process to contain this within acceptable limits and keep the natural rhythm of the original script.
